Brianna Shelly
Teaches Voice, Piano, Rhythm & Tots
Brianna is a vocalist and pianist at Carefree School of Music with an extensive background in vocal technique, musical theater and classical music! She has a degree in vocal performance from Luther College where she was the recipient of the Brudos Family Prize in Opera Performance. Performing professionally as a classical singer in Berlin, Germany & the US, she has taken part in a number of productions on stage such as; Mozart’s The Magic Flute (Principle Role, Pamina) & Handel’s Messiah (Soprano Soloist). A musician from the young age of 6, Brianna is passionate about bringing out the best in each of her students and helping them gain the confidence to become the best performer they can be.
McKenna Redmond
Teaches Piano, Voice, Songwriting
McKenna is a vocalist and pianist from Scottsdale, Arizona. She graduated from Columbia College Chicago with a Bachelor’s degree in Music from their coveted C.U.P. program. McKenna is passionate about songwriting, performing and recording music and has been playing piano and singing for more than 20 years. With performance experience at venues in the greater Chicago area, she has experience on stage in a variety of settings in genres such as Rock, Pop, Jazz and Theater. McKenna believes in building a strong foundation and nurturing a passion for music in each of her students so that they can become self-sufficient musicians that can learn whatever they put their mind to.
Michael Redmond
Teaches Guitar, Ukulele & Drums
Michael is a multi-talented musician and engineer from Alpharetta, Georgia and guitar instructor at Carefree School of Music. Michael graduated from Columbia College Chicago with a degree in Audio, Arts and Acoustics. During his time in Atlanta and Chicago you’d find Michael collaborating with other musicians, running live sound in venues, recording artists in studios and mixing and mastering albums. His passion for audio and video engineering make him a genius behind the scenes as well as a fantastic instructor with a unique insight into making music. He has been playing guitar for :enter: years and wants his students to find the music that inspires them to pick up their instrument time and time again.
